Project Group Tonight

The project group will be meeting tonight at Chelsea Archibald's house (45o NW Parr Dr. Apt. 4) at 8 pm. Hope to see you there.

Tuesday at 7 pm is our Relief Society Activity at the Orchard Street Building. We are going to be making games for Orphanage's, come and help us serve those in need. Refreshments will be served.

RS Activity Next Week!

Next Tuesday, April 19 @ 6:30 is our activity for this month. We are going to have a swap meet, so if you've been meaning to
do a little spring cleaning and take a pile of things to the goodwill,
hold on to them for a week and we'll have a big 'trading table.' If
you don't have anything to bring, that's fine, come and see if there's
anything you want!

We'll be focusing on being "thrifty," so if you have any projects you
have re-purposed, got a great deal on, or any great tips on being
thrifty come ready to
SHOW and TELL.
Bring pictures and ideas.
There will be babysitting.
We will be meeting at the orchard St Bldg downstairs in the young women's room.

I've posted some examples of up-cycled/refurnished/ re-purposed items as examples! You could also bring information such as where to get the best deals, Do It Yourself websites, other resources in the area or online, recipes on how to make your own stuff, (ie. baby wipes, cleaning detergents, lotion, etc). Come with lots of ideas to share, and you may want to come ready to take notes!

It will be a lot of fun, and I'm sure we'll all be inspired on how to be thrifty!

RS on Tuesday was a lot of fun, and we learned a lot about each other! Thanks to all those that came, and to those that put on the program!

RS Birthday activity and Dinner!

RS Birthday Dinner -
March 29 @6:30 @ the Orchard Street Building

We'll be having dinner (with a sign up sheet for side dishes) and getting to know each other better.
It should be a lot of fun!
